Amazon PPC Transformation Case Study – June 2025

In late May 2025, a fast-growing e-commerce brand selling on Amazon approached us with a challenge. They offered high-quality products but were struggling to make their advertising profitable. Despite investing thousands of dollars in Amazon PPC, their campaigns were underperforming and generating a return on ad spend (ROAS) below 3.0, losing money, and making it difficult to scale without overspending.

Our Strategy:

The Results:

Before working with us, the client had a ROAS of just 2.9, spent around $6,000 per month, generated ~400 PPC orders, and struggled with high ACoS and a 5% conversion rate.

 

From June 1–24, 2025, performance dramatically improved:

  • ROAS jumped to 8.07.

  • Ad spend: $7,419.47.

  • Orders from PPC: 1,179.

  • Clicks: 17,469.

  • Estimated revenue from ads: over $59,800.

  • Cost per order dropped to about $6.29.

  • Conversion rate improved significantly with more qualified traffic.
